Our partners

The people we depend on to keep vehicles moving

We do not pretend to do everything ourselves. These are the working relationships behind every job we take.

Savings and credit

Transport SACCOs

Route units operate under SACCO membership as required by law. Our SACCO partners handle stage allocation and fare compliance on shared routes.

Cover

Insurance brokers

Comprehensive motor, passenger legal liability and goods in transit are placed through two Nairobi brokers, so claims get a named handler.

Workshop

Service and parts suppliers

Scheduled servicing runs through an Industrial Area workshop we have used since 2013, plus a tyre and battery supplier on 30 day terms.

Fuel

Fuel card providers

Fleet fuel cards give us litre level records per vehicle. That data is what lets us quote long lanes accurately.

Tourism

Tour operators and lodges

We are the ground transport contractor for several Nairobi operators and two Mara camps, on agency rates with seasonal allocations.

Cross border

Clearing and forwarding agents

For Malaba, Busia and port work we move under agents who handle documentation while we handle the wheels.

Work with us

Owner operators and subcontractors

When demand peaks we bring in contracted units. If you own a truck or a van and want work through us, here is what we require.

Vehicle under 15 years old with current NTSA inspection.
Comprehensive cover with our interest noted, plus goods in transit for cargo units.
Driver with a clean record, valid PSV or commercial endorsement, and a smartphone for tracking.
Willingness to carry our livery on contracted trips.
Owned and contracted units share the same inspection day.
