While we may not always have immediate openings, we are always on the lookout for the right people at the right time. When you join our Nairobi team, you are salaried, paid by the 28th, and secured with a written contract from day one.
Hiring process
Four steps, about two weeks

Send a CV and a phone number. We reply to everyone, including no.

Short call about experience and availability.

Practical test: a road test for drivers, a bench task for mechanics, a live dispatch scenario for controllers.
●
References, licence verification, then a written offer.
